Shipping policy

Where we ship
Aesthetic Finds Co currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email right away and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes an estimated [X–X] business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally extend them.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement.

Multiple items
Orders are shipped from our US fulfillment partners. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us within [12] hours of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in [7] days, or shows delivered and you have not received it, email us within [14] days of the delivery date and we will reship or refund your order.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo and your order number within [7] days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund.
